Changes
Pickup times, addresses and passenger details may be changed subject to vehicle and driver availability. A changed route or party size may change the fare.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms and any applicable charges are confirmed with your reservation. Please call or email promptly so we can release the vehicle.
Flight disruptions
Tell us when a flight is delayed, diverted or cancelled. We will make reasonable efforts to adjust airport pickups based on availability.
No-shows
A passenger who cannot be reached or does not arrive at the confirmed meeting point within the communicated waiting period may be treated as a no-show.
