Reservations
A submitted request is not final until Copper Sky Transit confirms availability, fare and pickup details. You are responsible for providing accurate passenger, flight and contact information.
Fares and payment
Published zone fares are estimates for the stated party size. Special stops, waiting time, oversized luggage or itinerary changes may affect the final fare. Payment arrangements are confirmed directly with you.
Passenger responsibilities
Passengers must be ready at the confirmed pickup time and comply with safety instructions. Children must use legally required restraints supplied by the passenger unless arranged in advance.
Service changes
Travel times may change because of traffic, weather, airport operations or events beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.
